Our investment in a CNC machining centre with automatic tool change has proved very successful.
The machine allows for multiple processing capabilities that include sizing, profile grooving, drilling and nesting. Various materials and thicknesses are easily accommodated. High quality components are produced with efficiency and repeatability.
Manufacturing
Sheet materials ie: MFC and MDF panels are processed and converted into cabinet component parts, fascia panels and associated items. Machined MDF blank fascia panels are completed with the application of a vinyl foil available in a wide range of colours and finishes including realistic wood grain effects. Having our own vinyl press allows us to compete strongly in market on price and quality.
